Darren Wang
Managing Director
Darren brings extensive experience in international finance and investment banking. He previously held roles at JP Morgan and Macquarie Capital, where he led IPO and M&A transactions totaling over USD 5 billion.
He currently serves as a board director of the Taiwan Investor Relations Institute, actively promoting market capitalization management and institutionalized investor relations.
As an angel investor and entrepreneur, Darren has received the top prize in the Vision Program co-hosted by Taiwan's Ministry of Science and Technology and 500 Startups, and was selected for France’s YEI international entrepreneurship program, helping startups expand into global markets.
Johnny Kuo
Senior Consultant
Johnny is the current CFO of Pili International Multimedia and a certified public accountant at Hung Sheng CPAs.
He also serves as the Chairman of the Taiwan Investor Relations Institute, where he advocates for enhanced corporate governance and ESG development.
With deep expertise in board evaluation, capital structure planning, and investor relations, Johnny helps companies strengthen governance and boost market competitiveness.
Ken Lin
Senior Consultant
Ken holds dual law master's degrees from Taiwan and the United States and previously served as a judicial clerk in the U.S. He has contributed to numerous major public-sector legal projects.
His specialties include corporate and commercial law, tax law, litigation and dispute resolution, as well as offshore investment and international legal matters. He has handled several high-profile criminal cases related to securities law.
Ken is the Managing Partner of Chang Lin Law Firm, providing comprehensive legal support to help clients navigate complex legal environments with confidence.
Megan Hu

Megan holds an EMBA from National Cheng Kung University and brings over 16 years of experience as a senior wealth management advisor. She has served at HSBC, SinoPac Bank, and E.SUN Bank, specializing in wealth management and asset allocation. With three years of hands-on experience in the Hong Kong financial market, including roles at E.SUN Bank Hong Kong Branch and TEDA Asset Management, Megan has built strong expertise in cross-border finance and asset management. Leveraging her professionalism and international perspective, she is dedicated to helping clients develop comprehensive financial strategies and build sustainable, long-term wealth plans.
